KSM manufactures various gluing systems for the application of hot melt and water-based adhesives. Among the hot melt gluing systems, the Crossliner is one of KSM’s leading products, which are used for the automatic application of hot melt adhesives. In our area gluing systems, the water-based adhesive is applied by rollers.
Drying machines
To shorten the drying time or to activate the adhesive, a drying unit can follow the dispersion bonding unit. Otherwise, the waiting time until possible further processing of the bonded materials can be up to 20 hours.

With the help of mattress covering machines, the mattress blank can be covered manually or semi-automatically.
Upholstery carrier feeder
The Upholstery backing feeder is a fully automatic machine for cutting to length and placing an upholstery backing. The Upholstery backing put on device is a platform installed above the gluing unit and simplifies the manual right-angled, smooth placement of an upholstery backing.
