Roller gluing line
A production line for foam mattresses from panel feeding by Portal grippers, gluing, including profiled panels, by the roller gluing unit, through adhesive drying and mattress assembly to finishing.
Hotmelt gluing line
A production line for the production of spring core mattresses from the panel feeding by portal grippers, the automatic upholstery backing feeder with subsequent gluing by our special hot-melt gluing machine Crossliner, through the automatic spring core feeding and the mattress assembly to the finishing.
